Mission Statement (back to main)

We at Kids International seek to: Prepare children to honor God in their everyday lives in an environment that cares for their spiritual, educational, physical and emotional needs.

Faith Statement--What We Believe

The Scriptures

We believe that the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and that it is the final word of authority in a believer’s life.
Psalm 19:7-11; Proverbs 30:5-6; Matthew 5:18; John 10:34-35; Romans 15:4; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:19-21; Revelation 22:18-19

The Trinity

We believe there is one, and only one, true and living God; while there is indivisible unity in the Godhead, He exists in three separate persons — God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.
Matthew 3:16-17; 28:19; John 6:27; Acts 5:3-4; 2 Corinthians 13:14; Hebrews 1:8

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, and born of Mary, who was a virgin.
Luke 1:34-38; John 1:1-4, 18; 4:6

Salvation

We believe that Jesus Christ died for our sins, according to the Scriptures, and that all who believe in Him will receive forgiveness of sins, abundant life on earth, and eternal life in heaven.
John 3:16, Romans 6:23, 10:9-10, 1 John 1:9

We believe in the eternal security of the believer, that it is impossible for one born into the family of God to lose his or her salvation.
John 10:28,29; Romans 8:35-39; Ephesians 1:13, 14

We believe that everyone who has received Christ should be baptized as a public confession of their faith and that they should faithfully attend a Bible believing church where they can grow spiritually, share in communion, and be trained for ministry.
Acts 8:36-39; 10:43-48; I Corinthians 11:23-33; Ephesians 4:11-13

Man

We believe that man was created in the image of God, that man sinned, which resulted not only in realizing physical death but also in spiritual separation from God, his creator, and, therefore, all human beings are born with a sinful nature.
Genesis 1:27; 3:6, 24; Isaiah 53:6; Romans 1:32; 3:10-23; 5:10-19

Sanctity of Human Life

We believe that all human life is sacred from fertilization throughout the entire natural human life; that human beings are created in His image and, as such, are to be protected; that the weak, vulnerable, infirm, handicapped, preborn and needy deserve our respect and our care.
Genesis 1:26; 9:6; Psalm 51:5; 82:3-4; 139:13-16; Jeremiah 1:5; Luke 1:41

Taking Care of Abandoned Children

We believe the Bible commands and instructs in the caring for these little ones. We believe that ultimately it is the Church’s responsibility and work in conjunction with the Body of Christ to see this Biblical mandate accomplished. While our ministry is committed to the caring for the little ones entrusted to us; we also see the responsibility of the Body of Christ to take in abandoned children through adoption.
Matthew 25:31-46; John 1:12; 14:2-3; John 14:18; Romans 8:15-23; Galatians 4:4-5
