OUR PURPOSE

The purpose of the Personnel Committee is to provide for an orderly, focused, and considerate means for the Session to build a healthy work environment for all Church staff.  The Church staff includes temporary, contract, full-time, part-time, and volunteer employees.

All personnel represent a total ministry, and each member of this ministry is of equal concern to the Session and Personnel Committee.
