GENERAL  INTEREST
 

Introduction to Bread of Life, Saturday, April 28, 11-noon. Alongside our 4th Saturday open art studio, we host a time for conversation about what we do. Whatever is on your mind is what we’ll take up. Come for conversation; stay for art. Meet upstairs in the Art gallery with hostess Sandra Lommasson, Bread of Life founder. Inside Out:  Inner Vision, Outer Life
with Carol Mathew-Rogers is a drop in series of facilitated personal explorations through art on Thursday EVENINGS 6-8, April through June. Sliding scale $5-20 per session payable in class. 

Sacred Vessels, Sacred Play: Spirituality in Action
with Patricia Wentzel. A two part workshop: May 19 & June 2, 11-3, 2012.
This workshop has been cancelled. It will be rescheduled in the future in a different, more affordable format. Please watch for updates!
 

   


CONTEMPLATIVE DIALOGUE
(AKA Mindful Leadership or Active Engagement)
 

Monthly Practice Meetings are the second Thursday of each month, noon to 1:30. Designed for those who have already completed the basic 4-day Contemplative Dialogue Intensive. Each month we explore a different tool or topic in depth. Please bring a lunch. It's a great way to grow your skills in the three stances of this lifetime practice! 
 
Basic 4-Day Intensive
Our 4-day introduction to the practice carries a tuition of $700; registration requires a nonrefundable deposit of $200. We can help out-of-town attendees with hotel or housing arrangements. Some scholarship assistance is available for up to 50% of the total cost.To make the deposit for any of the 4 day intensives click here 
 

 

 

 

Contemplative Dialogue Two-Year Practicum
Begins July 2012. Interview and acceptance required before registration. Contact Jean Holsten via email or (916) 648-1803. Annual tuition is $4500. An initial payment of $750 is required upon acceptance. The balance may be paid at the initial residential gathering. Flexible payments (monthly or quarterly installments) may be arranged. Healing Trust to Surrender to God
with Don Bisson is the second in our Deepening in Recovery series. Monday, July 23, 9-4. A BENEFIT for Bread of Life. Early registration by June 1 is $65. After June 1, $75.
 
CEU's are available from the Board of Behavioral Sciences, Provider # PCE5171.  Cost is $85 by June 1 and $95 after June 1. Must attend the full event to receive a certificate.Click here to register for Healing Trust with CEU's.  Please scroll below for our registration policy.
 
Releasing Our Burden, Healing Our Strength with Flora Wuellner - Saturday, September 29, 10-4. A Kickoff to a Year of Celebration for 15 years of Mission! Bread of Life where many streams become a Living River of hope. Early registration by August 1 is $45. After August 1, $55.
 

Loving Your Brain as Spiritual Practice with Tanda Ainsworth. Series of 3 Saturday seminars, 9-4. Each seminar builds on the prior one (especially parts 1 and 2) so most participants benefit from attending the entire series. Cost for the series is $105 ($35 each). You can also sign up for individual seminars at $40 each.
 
   
BREAD OF LIFE REGISTRATION POLICY
To honor the commitment of registrants and presenters we have a two-week registration deadline for all events unless otherwise noted*. If the minimum number of registrants is not reached two weeks prior to an event, Bread of Life reserves the right to cancel the event. For events cancelled by Bread of Life, 100% of monies paid by registrant will be refunded. You may cancel your registration for an event by its registration deadline and be refunded all but a 10% processing fee or $5 minimum. For cancellations after the registration deadline we regret we cannot offer refunds as the monies are already committed.
 
*Retreats with overnight accommodations are the exception. Please contact the office for retreat specific information about registration deadlines (generally much earlier).  The same refund policy applies specific to the deadline - a 10% processing fee if you cancel before the deadline; no refunds are available after the deadline. If we cancel, you receive a 100% refund.
