Pastor Doug Williams wasn’t raised in a Christian home. "As a young adult I had no sense of purpose and I was too lazy to set goals for myself.” His life changed at the age of 27 when he started to attend worship services with his best friend who kept encouraging him to attend as a visitor, just to check it out.
In 1973, Pastor Doug received his calling from God. He entered the ministry after quitting his job with as a supervisor with a large manufacturing company.
Pastor Doug enjoys football and has played on both of his high school and college football teams. He follows both his college teams and professional football. The Tennessee Titans are his favorite pro football team. He also enjoys spending time fishing, golfing and spending time with his family. He and his lovely wife, Rachel has two adult children and four grandchildren.
Pastor Ron credits his personal relationship with Jesus Christ for his enduring marriage, Christian family and ministry achievements. "Over 40 years ago, I made the greatest decision I have ever made in my life when I accepted Jesus Christ as my savior," he shared. "Since that day, I have been on an incredible and exciting journey of learning more about Jesus and more about myself."
